Field site locations were within 30 km of Wyndham, Western Australia, and fire frequency in the region represented as the number of years out of 16 years (2000 through 2015) that fires burned at a location (NAFI: http://www.firenorth.org.au). Time since the last fire (months) for each year of data collection is also given for each field site. Six plots were monitored within each of the seven identified sites
