Simulated fire spread for northern mixed-grass prairie under two levels of P. pratensis-invasion, three levels of live fuel curing, and three fire weather conditions for five half-season periods (dates listed in Table 3). Fire weather conditions were defined as the median and upper and lower bounds of acceptable prescribed fire weather (Table 2; see text for details) from 2003 to 2015 across the Bismarck and Grand Forks fire weather zones that cover North Dakota and Minnesota, USA (Fig. 1)
